Access to the Internet provides us with an unprecedented opportunity to gather the best thinking from individuals and
publish it for the purposes of further discussion throughout the community. An
electronic forum can "seat" more participants than a physical forum. And it can
run all day and all night.
We know that the people in our community together make up a vast storehouse of
experience, knowledge, and talent. This forum will enable our
community to tap that abundant wisdom.
As issues arise that are paramount to the community, Perspectives will host and moderate electronic forums on those issues in the interest of encouraging
informed and rigorous debate.
We hope you will join us often and that you will share your thoughts and
